Shipping
We offer shipping at a flat fee of AED20 for all products to Dubai. Shipping rates to Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and other Emirates start at AED35. Shipping is handled by a third-party courier company.
FREE shipping for orders over AED 250
FREE shipping to schools who organise author visits. If you'd like to order any of my books directly to your child's school, please follow the instruction in the email that's been sent to you
Standard delivery within UAE takes 1-3 business days.
Fridays and public holidays are delivery free days.
We currently do not offer international delivery. If you are interested to purchase one of my books, please contact your trusted bookseller (they love to see you) and ask about my book. For a list of bookshops currently stocking my books, please visit this link .
Returns
Should you wish to return your items, please contact us at kathy@hoplolahop.com no less than two weeks after receipt of your products.
Please keep a returns proof of postage.
Unfortunately we cannot refund the postage costs on your items or on any personalised or made to order products.
Repairs
As part of our Hop Lola Hop collection, we offer an exclusive range of handmade toy products, which have been carefully and lovingly crafted by local artists.
In the unfortunate event that any of these products are faulty, please email us at kathy@hoplolahop.com.
They usually don't need exchanging but simply a little extra care and love from a well trusted teddy bear doctor, who knows how to bring your littlest toy back in shape. For recently purchased products (4 weeks) we offer this service for free.
In case your littles toy requires a little TLC a bit further down the line, do get in touch. We will gladly connect you with our teddy doctor.
